This waitlist is run by the founder of Forearmax, an individual based in Spain, acting as the data controller for the information described here. Full company details will be published here once the company is incorporated. Questions or requests: hello@forearmax.com.
Because we are established in the EU, the GDPR applies to this waitlist even though most people joining it are outside Europe.
We do not ask for your name, your age in years, or any health information. There is no advertising tracker on this page.
We do use Google Analytics to count how many people visit this page, but we run it in cookieless mode: it stores nothing in your browser, it does not identify you, and it is not used to build a profile of you or to follow you across other websites. We look at totals — how many visits, from which country, on which kind of device — not at individuals. Your IP address is anonymised.
To email you when Forearmax launches, and to decide what to build first. That is the only use. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box and submitting the form.
Your email is stored by our form provider, Formspree, Inc. (United States), which processes it on our behalf under its data processing terms. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not pass it to anyone else.
Until the app launches and we have emailed you about it, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If the project is cancelled, the whole list is deleted and we will tell you before we do it.
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes you from the list. Write to hello@forearmax.com and we will answer within 30 days.
If you are in the EU and you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
This page sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. That is why you are not seeing a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Forearmax is for adults. It tracks your own measurements against your own starting point — it does not rank you against other people, and it does not score anyone's appearance but your own.
